Goodbye LOST....

Many Many year ago my dear brother got Allen and i HOOKED on the best show ever to be shown on tv.....LOST!!! Allen and I then shared our love of the show with our friends until they were hooked! LOST was much more than "just a tv show" because it dared to sneak (in a very boldly in your face kind of way) morals and faith-filled subjects and experiences into the show. I found myself connecting with pieces of the characters in a very real way. From the very first episode of the show 6 years ago, LOST opened more questions than they answered. It wasn't until the final minutes of the final episode that the answers we waited 6 years for, were touched on. And it was worth it! Sunday night was the final episode of the show and LOST fans all over the world watched! Allen and I were fortunate enough to watch the finale with our "LOST group". For years now, every Tuesday night our "LOST group" would join Allen and I in our home for dinner and then we would all crowd around our small tv for the best show on earth.

We had an "island theme" going on for dinner...grilled chicken with pineapple, Island rice (with bacon and pineapple), a fruit and coconut salad, baked beans, and dessert!! Plus, we had Margaritas and Island Punch!!
